How long will it take my order to be processed?
All our pieces are made to order. Anything painted (shelfies, wall decor etc.) will take up to 14 days. Any laser cut or wall prints will take up to 7 days.
How long will my package take to arrive after being posted?
We ship via Australia Post. Their shipping times vary but each package is posted with tracking for your convenience.
My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your items arrive damaged, please get in touch within 3 days so a dispute can be lodged with Australia Post. After 3 days you're no longer entitled to a replacement due to the nature of the products. Please remember, they are display pieces and not toys - keep out of reach of children!
Am I entitled to a refund?
As these pieces are all custom made, there's no refunds available once the order is fulfilled. Each piece is being created just for you!
